Neil is a self-starter. I’ve never met someone so passionate about bringing out the creative juices in others. To do just that, and to introduce theories of play in the workplace, Neil started a regular interactive project called GroupMind, in which everyone was invited to learn and explore their own self expression via different mediums. The series not only improved morale within our 30-person team but it also helped people see their own creativity in new ways, building confidence and ultimately improving client deliverables.
