Neil was brought on winter of 2022 to help define rich Creative pipelines across all BrightAI departments, and levels of hierarchy to further the Communication Design & overaching Creative Direction with BrightAI.

  • Define the BrightAI SmartCity, an illustrated concept presented to BrightAI to help turn complex subjects into bite-size narratives
    This was an intentional narrative concept, as Co-Founders stemmed from Samsung SmartThings
  • Create a useable, flexible icon framework working with the Noun Project. This encourages decentralized models, increasing Brand Accessibility for internal Creatives & pedestrians, alike.
  • Increase the usability and customization of the BrightAI Brand—building deeper Brand rules, guidelines, and systems for formatting across platforms like Mailchimp, Google Slides, Docs, and custom designs within Adobe Illustrator
  • Continue to encourage a hands-on, Iterative Brand Model— studying and restructuring internal Creative pipeline as needed

Lava Island was a multi-year omni-channel project.

Let's start at the top. Spring of 2017, our agile team at the.com set out to rebrand then Geronimo Parks. A 3 year project, Geronimo Parks swiftly rebranded to Lava Island following a Brand Naming System , 2018. This 5,500 sq. ft. facility in Aurora, CO is operated by the leaders who brought Top Golf to the U.S. Destined for a bright future and wildly imaginative future, Neil rolled up his sleeves to build the Brand, Brand Systems, and physical application. Two years later (and 4 months before the Pandemic), Neil was brought on to run Creative as Chief Creative Officer. Due to the Pandemic—Neil's time as CCO was cut short.
